Shittenou & Knights
As a general note for players if you want to play a Shittenou and Knight you are out of luck. When the monarchy was executed anyone associated with them, minus their children and Sailor Pluto, was executed as well. This being due to an order issued by Neo Queen Serenity II that had them taken away to save them from the same fate.
I know you may have an excellent backstory for how they could have survived but again we don’t have them in play because we are looking at focusing on the children and other characters. A Shittenou or Knight will remove that focus from those characters we wish to expand upon.

What does this mean for you?
It means you get to breath life into a character that needs your personal touch.
How do I play someone I never played before?
That is up to you. You can concept them and see how they work. Your original idea isn’t set in stone. They can change over the course of game play; character development is always great for an RPG.
What if I don’t like any of the characters that are preset?
Then create one you like as long as it doesn’t violate the any Shittenou or Knights outlined in this FAQ. I know some people are dead set on playing one or the other but that is not a possibility in this bleak future.

I know that they are supposed to be reborn but due to other forces at work they won’t be reborn despite what you think.
