First the white leotard appears, then the skirt, boots and gloves. On her head appears a golden tiara with an emerald in the center.

She wears the same white leotard as the others. The sleeves of the outfit are white and extend to the elbow. The skirt is green and the front and back bows are blue. The choker is green. The boots are similar to the original Sailor Moon's except the base color is green and the absence of a crescent moon.

Lightning Palm: Once Jupiter charges energy into her palm, she can release it in a palm thrust. It takes form as a blue lightning bolt projected towards the target. It can only strike a single target, but it can stun or kill depending on intensity. It can also interfere with electronics.
Thunder Dome: This is a defensive technique. Sailor Jupiter gathers electrical energy, then pushes her arms out to both sides and creates a blue dome of electricity, providing 360-degree protection that can harm anyone who tries to breach it. At school she was an average student. Academics was not her strong suit... she only really excelled at Home Economics and athletics. After a brief but intense fight, Alex managed to escape thanks to the timely intervention of Chisana Chiba and a man named Jacob Marconi. Their ship spirited her to safety right when all looked lost. However, that was only the beginning of her travails.
Jacob Marconi taught her how to wield weapons, how to fight, and how to survive in a combat zone. Alex was not stealthy enough to be an infiltrator, but she found her niche as a user of support weapons, particularly a Light Machine Gun. She was strong enough to carry and fire it without undue difficulty, mainly because of the strength she had inherited from her late mother. Alex did not like being a soldier, but it was a grim necessity. The only way to retake the planet Jupiter and the homes of the other royal children would be by force of arms.
Now Alex finds herself supporting the team whenever it strikes an enemy target. She anchors the attack with her LMG and peppers the enemy with grenade launcher shots whenever the opportunity presents itself.
