Tactician - if there ever was a student of warfare it would be Mizuki. She has taken the real-time training Jacob has given her and pushed herself to her limits on their holodeck. She has become masterful in any situation that involves them fighting.

Cold-hearted - she had become as cold as the vacuum space and her decisions aren’t dictated by the normal feelings that most people would have in life or death situations.

You can feel how cold she is as if it’s coming off her in waves. She does harbor a hatred for Setsuna.

She has rounded face with soft cheek bones and a small nose. That along with copying her sister’s hairstyle makes them pretty hard to tell apart from a distance. When loose, it reaches to her knees like her sisters. Mizuki normally wears it in the tradition ordango style that her grandmother and mother wore it in. The other hairstyle she wears could be compared to an untamed mane which is ninety percent of the time or a messy bun. Her figure differs from her sisters as it’s not rounded but solid from training. Her muscles are lean but hard. She has two black bands tattooed around her left forearm and inside each in white lettering are her parents names.
When around the station she wears cutoff shorts, a halter, unbuttoned shirt, and a red bandanna to cover a scar that was made my an exploding conduit during one of their extractions.

They wrap around her upper body tightly. A bright silver light shines as it reveals a white bodice. The ribbons flow down her legs as another bright light reveals her knee high boots. The ribbons than travel along her arms as they cross in front of her face. Another light reveals her elbow length gloves. She closes her eyes only to have a light shine on her forehead. A tiara appears in its place with blue tanzanite in the middle.
Appearance: Sailor Moon has a white armor body suit that is lined with light body armor and blue elbow length gloves. She has a pleated skirt with sailor collar that is blue trimmed with silver. Her shoulder pauldrons and ringlets around her elbows are bright silver in color. Her boots are blue with a bright silver band around the top. She has a bright silver bow in front and back. She has a brooch in the shape of a crescent moon inlaid with a symbol for Earth. The symbol also hangs down from her silver choker. She has hair ornaments that are very different Sailor Moon and Chibi Moon wore, as its crescent moon with a sword through it. The same ornaments decorate her buns. The last difference is that she has a single braid that is silver that hangs down her front to her shoulder.
Powers: she can use the power of Ginzoishou and it gives her the benefit of extended fortitude and endurance.

Lunar Blast: Sailor Moon summons the power of Ginzuishou and gives a blast of silver light from her tiara like a laser beam. It’s strong enough to cut things and does excellent damage against magical evil aligned enemies. It can faze them or cause them an injury than can only be healed by Sailor Moon.
Moon Justice: This attack drains an enemy of their energy and banished them permanently to a realm of no return. This usually is one that even the most powerful monsters can’t escape as it’s going to purge them of all their evil and if they are made of evil then it means the end. This energy can then be used to power herself or distribute it amongst her teammates to help extend their energy. The energy is cleansed and poses no threat of evil.
Twin Moon Collision: Sailor Moon and Sailor Sol combine the powers they draw from the Ginzoishou and the Golden Crystal to create a large ball of gold and silver energy that looks like yin-yang. When they throw it the ball splits and acts like a homing beacon to the nearest source of evil. Upon touching the evil it is vanquished. If there is more than one source the ball then fuels itself with the energy and continues until all evil is vanquished. This attack exhausts both women to the point they can’t fight anymore.

Mizuki was born into what some people would call luxurious. In her mind, it was far from the truth. She was born several minutes before her sister. She came out loud and noisy. It wasn’t until after her sister came and they were placed in their bassinets that they discovered the girls would be inseparable because Mizuki would always be found with her sister.
She and her sister grew up with getting everything they ever wanted. They usually had the latest fashions and toys. They knew each of the different queens as well their families. Life had seemed pretty easy for them. Mizuki often hated getting all of the attention or the attention meant from her twin. She didn’t want to be doted on or made a big deal of as a child or even a person.
When she was seven she wandered the palace after classes and stumbled onto the royal guard training. She was enthralled and knew what she wanted to do when she old enough. She was going to join the Sol Military. She would go everyday and watch them train. At one point she stowed away in an equipment box when they went to the range for firearms practice. Once found by the captain in duty, who nearly had a heart attack, he called back to the palace to let her parents know that she was safe. When she was brought back he gave her his captain rank insignia as a memento and told her all Marines and Sailors face their punishment with resolve. She marched off to her parents and got in so much trouble that she didn’t go anywhere alone for six months.
Around this same time, she and her sister had etiquette classes. The classes were boring as she found all the different rules stupid and that they wouldn’t apply to her life when she joined the military. She had a real struggle to become the lady that her family wanted.
School was boring and filled with facts she didn’t mind learning but again she found it frivolous and a waste of time. She made a friends though at times felt her sister who was quiet needed to speak up more and stand up for herself more, which was why she had at least two weekly visit to the headmistress for fighting. She would get mistaken for Chisana more times than she could count and this would cause more confrontations. At first, it bothered her until she realized that there was nothing she could do to prevent that. She just let it go after a while or said something nasty to the person who called her Chi.
As she grew older, she got closer to her grandmother and Aunt Minako who ran the military. She would listen to their stories about their battles. They took it as a sign that she was growing into her position as a lady and getting ready to be a lady.
As life settled in an easy pace, it would be also when it would turn upside down. She was apart of the birthday celebration. She was sitting with the other children as she watched when the attack happened. She was in shock as she sat in the seat. She had no idea what this could mean for the kingdom. She found herself suddenly whisked way as Auntie Setsuna transported them far from the palace.
She was in great shock as the image of her grandfather and father being beheaded played over and over in her mind. It only got worse as the various queens and then her mother and grandmother were taken from her. She huddled on the ground as Auntie Setsuna gave a grand speech about how all of this would not go unpunished.
Cold metal was thrust into her hands as she was told to move. Shots were exchanged as the unfamiliar weapon dropped to the ground. She was angry and determined. The one armed man yelled at her to pick it up and return fire. Mizuki gritted her teeth and kept firing. She wasn’t going to let any of these people live any longer as they had taken everything from her and they would die.
Once they had escaped she realized that she had killed people who worked for the monster who killed her parents, grandparents, and taken everything she loved. She would make them all pay.
She didn’t allow herself time to grieve the loss of everything she knew. Training with the captain started almost right away. The days were long which left her exhausted. She didn’t want to think about anything other than revenge. Mizuki didn’t think about how Auntie Setsuna had changed from the experience. She had grown very cold where once she was happy to help with words of wisdom. Mizuki became driven and cold. She would absorb the lessons taught to her by Jacob and when Setsuna forced him to take it back she grew even angrier at the woman who had turned into a block of ice.
