~ THE DEATH CORPS ~
Death Phantom knew that his defeat was based upon his all-consuming need to possess the Ginzuishō and a folly that led to his first defeat. He has since compensated for that by creating a force of ‘Generals’ all imbued with the power Chaos. These generals were chosen from the strongest of his troops from his earlier conquests of other sections of the universe and they are the ones who carry out his will.
He dubbed them his Death Corps and they seek only one thing. The utter destruction of his enemies and those who harbor them but they are by no means alone win their endeavors. They each lead an extremely large army that occupies a planet and this army knows that when they speak it is as good as the word of Death Phantom himself. So they are loyal whether it be through fear or devotion the armies loyal.
The Death Corps generals themselves are the most devoted to the cause and will stop at nothing to curry favor with Death Phantom himself whom they all consider their master. Each one has talents that are unique to the person and this was enhanced when imbued with the power that their master so gave them. Although this power comes at a cost and that being that they are never truly alone anymore.
Death Phantom can see through their eyes and has all their knowledge. Their privacy is forfeit.
He knows when they are moving troops and while he hasn’t divulged this to them it makes him seem omnipresent and omnipotent in their eyes. He is truly their master and god.

(Note: The use of Senshi does not infer that these generals are all women. It is a term used to communicate the power levels of the generals.)
As a member of this elite corps you have power that is equal to an Eternal Level Senshi. This means you get at least six attacks. These attacks have developed over time and they have come up in strength.
This gives you the option of nine attacks, all of which can be the same from normal senshi, to super senshi, to eternal senshi levels. At least three attacks have to be defensive in nature and that doesn’t mean that you make all your normal level attacks defensive. That means one in each power group.
The main idea here is that all these people were won over by the power that being absolutely loyal to Death Phantom would give them. So the side effects, of which they don’t know about, are not a concern. They love to kill and maim in his name and get some sort of sick enjoyment from that fact.
This is their lives now and serving him, next to their own twisted needs, is what wakes them in the morning, and helps them sleep at night. They are truly twisted and are not above finding and killing the children of the Senshi.
These people are the worst kinds of people and are meant to be sycophants that love their master and their jobs.
