The feared and whispered about warriors that are as of yet seen by the populace at large. They live on their world ship which makes the Senshi subspace pocket look like a toy as the name infers it is a world ship and a planet is inside of it. This is a world that is a combination of physical and mechanical. The planet is something out of science fiction and if you were to assign a name you could call it a Dyson’s Sphere. It contains atmosphere and there are a plethora of ships coming and going.
The Cygnarians themselves are as old as, in some cases, as Sailor Pluto and in others they are much much older.
The oldest Cygnarian who is called Celeste looks 14 but is over ten millennia old.
Cygnarians don’t have secrets as they all upload and download their thoughts to the Supreme Server. This server has never been hacked.
Cygnarian society is simple. Females are the only race present. Males are placed in cryogenic storage and used as DNA providers and therefore contribute to the continuation and enrichment of their society.
Cygnarians are cybernetic but not susceptible to the interference that the cybernetics used today are susceptible to. They are nearly perfect and allows them to survive in the harshest environments and even the vacuum of space. They have a process for inducting new races into their fold and it starts with a simple injection that causes their skeletal and musculature systems to become more robust. It also has the side effect of slowing and eventually stopping their aging. The final effect is they grow a neural lace and subspace transmitter. This allows them to wield the energy weapons they have developed. Grants immunity to their own weapons. Allows them to coordinate their combat movements. Finally it also allows them to be modified if deemed necessary for mission parameters.
Cygnarians have perfected the body modifications they use to replace damaged or destroyed body parts. They have a sect of Cygnarians who are Huntress. They have undergone so much modification they barely look humanoid. You can sometimes see a new Huntress by the way she has a humanoid torso on top of an intimidating cybernetic body. The Huntress’ body usually resemble monsters or predatory creatures from numerous different worlds they have visited.
Cygnarian society is simple. Everyone works for the advancement and betterment of the society. Everyone works for this goal or they are deemed a dead node and recycled. Cygnarians fulfill a plethora of roles. This can be basic maintenance to the sect of Huntress that now act as bodyguards to Death Phantom and the personal hand of Death Phantom. This society has no wasted assets and no wasted resources as they can generate anything needed for their ever expanding population.
Their advanced technologies have not fallen into the hands of outsiders due to a certain class of Cygnarian Warrior Assassin known as a Purifier. They live in subspace and wait for the call. This call can be answered in seconds and sometimes they wait for centuries for the call to act, to retrieve, or destroy if retrieval is not possible. Cygnarians don’t defect and the Purifiers are the ones who ensure order is kept and no assets are lost to foreign hands.
The question is why did they come to our dimension. They are explorers who have brought their home with them as they explored learned and lived forever. The first energy was the Ginzoishou activating after the long dormancy. The second energy source was the dying Death Phantom. They appeared in the dimensional space that Death Phantom had been sent to to die. They captured jute essence and after several days of study and trying different energies it responded to one they simulated from a sample. It grew and eventual formed into a being. They were surprised and continued to study it until it demonstrated intelligence and demanded release. They were wary and decided that a temporary release and once released they learned that this being would not harm them. They viewed it as perfect being that had attained the form they wished to achieve.
Energy. Pure energy and then they could build bodies that wouldn’t matter. This began the long relationship with Death Phantom that would eventually bring them to Sol. They would not participate in the fight as they waited watched and would have participated had the need arose. They did not have to and among his other forces believe them legend.
