A white leotard with a green and white sailor color materializes on her torso as a tiara appears on her forehead that is gold in color with a green gem in the center. Around her neck is a green choker. A yellow bow materializes on her chest with a smaller ribbon of the same color on the small of her back. A dark green skirt materializes around her waist with a white belt around the top of said skirt. White elbow-length gloves materialize on her hands and forearms with dark green piping at the top of the gloves. Knee-high boots appear on her feet of a dark green color with a white border at the top of them. Once the green flames die down, Sailor Io is standing in place of May.

As Sailor Io she wears a white leotard with ribbed sleeves on her shoulders. Her Sailor collar and skirt are dark green, a much darker color than Jupiter’s. She has a big yellow bow on her chest with a green broach in the center. On her ears is a pair of green moon-shaped earrings. Her Tiara is gold with a green gem in the center. Her boots are knee-length, dark green and are bordered on top by a white Karat-shaped triangle. She also has high-heels on her boots. On her arms and hands are white elbow-length gloves with green piping at the top. Around her waist at the top of her skirt is a white belt that forms a wide v-shape around her waist. On the small of her back is a smaller yellow ribbon completing the ensemble.
Attacks:
Lava Blast-Sailor Io raises her arms above her head as a ball of lava forms between her hands. Once the ball is built up, she pirouettes and throws her arms and hands forward releasing her lava Attack. Upon contact a monster is burned to ashes. When this attack comes in contact with a magical creature The magical being is left with a second degree burn that slowly zaps it’s strength away eventually causing it to faint. The radius of this attack is not very wide. It only affects one enemy at a time.
Burning Mist- Io Crosses her arms in front of her chest as volcanic mist coalesces in between her fingertips, forming a fiery ball Scalding liquid. Once the ball is completely formed, she pirouettes and front flips into the air as she let’s it go. The radius of the attack depends on how far away the enemy is. It can hit up to three enemy monsters at once. The power of the attack and the effect it has on one to three enemies vary with the power of the said enemy. Though, it has been known to cause burns which causes the enemy to become lethargic and shake because of the pain. The pain also tends to slow down the enemy it has hit. If the enemy isn’t quick enough to heal itself, himself, or herself it causes a minor burn and can zap the energy from said enemy. It has been known to cause an enemy or enemies to faint, but not very often.
Volcanic Eruption- A more powerful version of her first attack. Io Crosses her arms in front of her chest as Volcanic Magma, and Ash coalesce in between her fingertips. Once her attack is complete, she jumps up in the air and fires the attack. Once released, the attack doesn't stop until it hits the intended target or targets. Unlike Lava Blast, Volcanic Eruption can take out multiple enemies at once. Upon contact, the attack melts, surrounds, and reduces the opponent or opponents to ashes blowing in the wind.- Currently does not have access to this attack

History:
May Haruka Maple was born in Petalburg City in the Hoenn Region on the Planet Solara. Her childhood was a blessing, she had parents who loved her and had a lot of friends to hang out with. She loved her parents’ magical creatures and often hung out in her mother’s Greenhouse that was abundant in magical creatures. She played and played with them and even showed the various magical creatures to her friends. As time went on, May was blessed with her little brother Max Masato Maple. She loved her little brother dearly and always made sure to take care of him when he got scared. She loved hanging out with her brother, and all of her friends. Though, as her and Max grew up, they grew distant. Max had aspirations of following in his father’s footsteps as the Petalburg City Creature Gym Leader. May wasn’t sure what she wanted to do. She was happy with her life in Petalburg. She continued to hang with her friends until they started focusing more on obtaining magical creatures to train and befriend. It got to the point where her friends would talk about nothing but the various magical creatures they hoped to obtain and go on a journey with. They said nothing about traveling with May. It got to the point where May started focusing on what she could do to make herself more presentable and how she could find that special someone. Eventually her and her friends grew apart as she focused on wanting to travel the world in which she called home known as Solara. At the time she was more interested in just traveling the world and had no interest in training magical creatures. On her ninth birthday she was presented with a bike that she could use to bike around her hometown, or through the various Cities and Towns that Hoenn had to offer. She opted to just ride around her hometown of Petalburg. She dared not venture into the nearby Petalburg woods because of how dark they were even in the middle of the day.
At the age of ten, when May started her journey, she did not like the magical creatures that inhabited Hoenn at all and was only interested in becoming a Magical Creature Trainer so she could travel. Everyone expected her to follow in her father Norman's footsteps. However, after seeing a Magical Creature Contest with Ashley, she decided to become a Magical Creature Coordinator instead. Since May initially knew almost nothing about Magical Creatures or attacks, Ashley assumed the role of her mentor. She gradually gained experience through her journey and practice with Ashley.
As a coordinator, May was able to learn more about the Magical Creatures and form a strong bond with them. After winning the Fallarbor Contest, May told her Magical Creature that she called Beautifly that she loved it. This is a sign of her growth. From someone who initially disliked magical creatures to someone who cared deeply for them. As a coordinator, she developed strategies for her contests and even took to making special treats for the magical creatures that performed for her in contests. As her journey with Ashley continued, she gained various rivals and good friends as well. Her most powerful rival was a young lady named Darcy, but this isn’t about Darcy, it’s about May. As her journey with Ashley continued, the two girls formed a strong bond with each other in the way of friendship and seeing each other as sisters. May even took to teasing Ashley sometimes about her choice of clothing and how she thought that she was too beautiful to wear the clothing that didn’t really do much of anything for Ashley’s looks. May often giggled at how flustered Ashley would get when she mentioned giving the blond girl a makeover to make her more appealing to guys. Eventually, May got Ashley to come out of her shell and dress more girlishly to highlight her looks and appearance more.. She loved seeing Ashley get flustered and nervous whenever she talked her blonde friend into getting a makeover that made her look more like a girl.
As the journey of the two girls continued, Ashley and May made new friends and reunited with old ones as well. Max, May’s little brother, and Ashley’s friend Brock eventually traveled with Ashley and May through Hoenn and through the Battle Frontier of the Kanto Region. Even Ashley’s best friend Misty traveled with the group of four Magical Creature Trainer and Coordinator, with a Creature Breeder/Doctor in training. Once her journey with Ashley and Brock was done, her and Max headed back to Hoenn. After spending a little bit of time at home, May set out on her own to the Johto Region to compete in the Contests there. She was even reunited with Ashley and Brock for a short time in Sinnoh where she met Dawn and Zoey as well as another Coordinator Kenny. Even though she didn’t win the Wallace Cup, she was really proud and happy that she lost the Wallace Cup Contest to a strong Creature Coordinator like Dawn. After the Wallace Cup concluded, she returned to the Johto Region to continue her quest to be Top Coordinator. Little did she know that it would be about three years before she met up with Ashley and Dawn again.
She would also come into her powers of Sailor Io along with Dawn, Zoey, Serena, and Iris coming into their powers as Sailors Titania, Eris, Miranda, and Haumea six months before Ashley, Misty, Darcy, Duplica, and Casey would come into their powers as Sailors Solaris, Terra, Rhea, Triton, and Ganymede. The reason that her and the Galactic Enforcers would awaken first is because the great darkness of Queen Ophiuchus, her Eclipse Kingdom, Giovanni and several other Crime Lords and underlings engulfed Hoenn, Sinnoh, Kalos, and Unova. Kanto and Johto would come under attack from the Eclipse Kingdom about six months later. This caused the remaining Solaris Kingdom Sailor Guardians to awaken their powers and join together to take out Queen Ophiuchus, Giovanni, and their underlings over a series of nearly a year or so. Once the threat from the Eclipse Kingdom was Vanquished, peace once again reigned as May, along with Ashley and Company set into motion what would soon be known as the Neo Bronze Millennium with Ashley also known as Princess Solaria and later on known as Neo Queen Solaria as ruler of the Neo Solaris Kingdom along with the love of her life Gary Shigeru Oak also known as Prince Shigeru and later on known as King Shigeru also of the Neo Solaris Kingdom.
Fast forward to life on Planet Solara and the Solaris Space Colony...
As the years went by, May, as well as the rest of the Solaris Sailor Guardians aged gracefully, none looking any older than the ages of 14-18. Their minds aged, but their bodies didn’t. This was all thanks to the power of the Bronze and Copper Crystals held by Neo Queen Solaria and King Shigeru. Working together with the rest of the citizens of the Solaris Kingdom as well as the many workers that spent hours to days on end repairing the Solaris Space Colony as well as the Solaris Escape Ship. This was set in motion as Neo Queen Solaria and her Subjects became interested in traveling to other Galaxies and Kingdoms to start up Trading and assisting of other Kingdoms. A lot of times, May and the rest of the Galactic Guardians would work around the clock to get everything tip top and ship shape for space travel.
Io herself was instrumental in helping provide the thrust and aesthetics of the Solaris Space Colony with her power over the Volcanic Moon of Io. She was one of the smarter members of Neo Queen Solaria’s Court thanks in part to Neo Queen Solaria herself as they traveled throughout her home Region of Hoenn as well as the Battle Frontier of Kanto all those years ago. She also had help from Sailor Rhea in coming up with the final schematics of the Solaris Space Colony.
May, while on Solara created a lot of Fashion Designs for Neo Queen Solaria and her nine Guardians as well as King Shigeru. She also was the one that prepared most of the meals for the Royalty in the castle. She even created her own Contest League that not only held contests in Hoenn, but in other regions as well. From Kanto all the way to Alola and eventually the Region of Galar, she was the Top Coordinator of the World of Solara. Dawn and Darcy along with Zoey were tied for second Worldwide. Her time as head of the Solara Contest League brought in a lot of money for her and her friends. This allowed them to create alliances with various Kingdoms. The Neo Moon Kingdom, had not really had much interaction with the Neo Solaris Kingdom until much later in time starting with the Neo Silver Millennium, and eventually into the Crystal Millennium. The Solaris Kingdom, thanks to Io’s relationship with all the highest authorities in all of Solara were able to forge bonds with the Kinmoku Star System. The money that she brought in was also instrumental in repairing the Solaris Space Colony and the Solaris Escape Ship. She brought in the funds, and Neo Queen Solaria and the rest of the Kingdom put the funds to good use.
As life in the Solaris Kingdom went on, Peace reigned with no sign of letting up. May eventually fell in love with Darcy and married her. May and Darcy were the second couple to get married after Neo Queen Solaria and King Shigeru. Although the marriage between King Shigeru and Neo Queen Solaria had taken place many years ago after they had defeated the Eclipse Kingdom. It had been about a 900 or so years between the marriage of Princess Solaria and Prince Shigeru, but they weren’t married as them, they were married as Ashley Satoko Ketchum and Gary Shigeru Oak, and the marriage of Princess Malinda and Princess Saika. The two Princesses of the region of Hoenn lived happily ever after and somehow managed to have kids of their own. It is unknown how it came to be, but it happened. However, the two girls continued to prefer to go by their birth names of May and Darcy. Anyway, once the Solaris Space Colony was repaired, Neo Queen Solaria chose her closest and most trusted friends to travel with her to explore the Galaxy May was one of the lucky ones chosen to explore Galaxies and Kingdoms unknown hoping to create trade agreements with multiple kingdoms. May was put in charge of catering and preparing food for the royalty and the Royal Magical Creature Advisers. She also created a Contest League that she oversaw on the Solaris Space Colony. Various coordinators from all over Solara joined Neo Queen Solaria, Princess Malinda, Princess Kasumi, Princess Hikari, Princess Serena, and Princess Airisu. The rest of the Galactic Guardians and King Shigeru along with the Solaris Twins Princess Ashleigh Satoko, and Princess Ashlynn Kasumi stayed behind on Solara. Someone had to rule Solara and someone had rule the Solaris Space Colony. These events effectively split the Solaris Kingdom into two Factions, one that stayed on Solara, and the other that made their home on the Space Colony. Unfortunately, for the Solaris Kingdom Members traveling on the Solaris Space Colony, the peace wouldn’t last.
Fall of the Solaris Colony to Death Phantom...
When the Solaris Colony was attacked by Death Phantom, Sailor Io along with the other Galactic Guardians were transported through space alive to one of the furthest corners of the universe away from the influence of Death Phantom.
Fortunately when Solaris separated the Command Module from the rest of the Solaris Colony and blew it up, thanks to Princess Hikari/Sailor Titania’s Power as the Sailor Guardian of Space Sailor Io, was sent through the Universe as faraway from the influence of Death Phantom as possible. She was powered down to her basic Sailor Guardian form from her transport to where she landed.

Since May initially knew almost nothing about Magical Creatures or attacks, Ashley assumed the role of her mentor. She gradually gained experience through her journey and practice with Ashley.
As a coordinator, May was able to learn more about the Magical Creatures and form a strong bond with them. After winning the Fallarbor Contest, May told her Magical Creature that she called Beautifly that she loved it. This is a sign of her growth. From someone who initially disliked magical creatures to someone who cared deeply for them. As a coordinator, she developed strategies for her contests and even took to making special treats for the magical creatures that performed for her in contests. As her journey with Ashley continued, she gained various rivals and good friends as well. Her most powerful rival was a young lady named Darcy, but this isn’t about Darcy, it’s about May. As her journey with Ashley continued, the two girls formed a strong bond with each other in the way of friendship and seeing each other as sisters. May even took to teasing Ashley sometimes about her choice of clothing and how she thought that she was too beautiful to wear the clothing that didn’t really do much of anything for Ashley’s looks. May often giggled at how flustered Ashley would get when she mentioned giving the blond girl a makeover to make her more appealing to guys. Eventually, May got Ashley to come out of her shell and dress more girlishly to highlight her looks and appearance more.. She loved seeing Ashley get flustered and nervous whenever she talked her blonde friend into getting a makeover that made her look more like a girl.
As the journey of the two girls continued, Ashley and May made new friends and reunited with old ones as well. Max, May’s little brother, and Ashley’s friend Brock eventually traveled with Ashley and May through Hoenn and through the Battle Frontier of the Kanto Region. Even Ashley’s best friend Misty traveled with the group of four Magical Creature Trainer and Coordinator, with a Creature Breeder/Doctor in training. Once her journey with Ashley and Brock was done, her and Max headed back to Hoenn. After spending a little bit of time at home, May set out on her own to the Johto Region to compete in the Contests there. She was even reunited with Ashley and Brock for a short time in Sinnoh where she met Dawn and Zoey as well as another Coordinator Kenny. Even though she didn’t win the Wallace Cup, she was really proud and happy that she lost the Wallace Cup Contest to a strong Creature Coordinator like Dawn. After the Wallace Cup concluded, she returned to the Johto Region to continue her quest to be Top Coordinator. Little did she know that it would be about three years before she met up with Ashley and Dawn again.
She would also come into her powers of Sailor Io along with Dawn, Zoey, Serena, and Iris coming into their powers as Sailors Titania, Eris, Miranda, and Haumea six months before Ashley, Misty, Darcy, Duplica, and Casey would come into their powers as Sailors Solaris, Terra, Rhea, Triton, and Ganymede. The reason that her and the Galactic Enforcers would awaken first is because the great darkness of Queen Ophiuchus, her Eclipse Kingdom, Giovanni and several other Crime Lords and underlings engulfed Hoenn, Sinnoh, Kalos, and Unova. Kanto and Johto would come under attack from the Eclipse Kingdom about six months later. This caused the remaining Solaris Kingdom Sailor Guardians to awaken their powers and join together to take out Queen Ophiuchus, Giovanni, and their underlings over a series of nearly a year or so. Once the threat from the Eclipse Kingdom was Vanquished, peace once again reigned as May, along with Ashley and Company set into motion what would soon be known as the Neo Bronze Millennium with Ashley also known as Princess Solaria and later on known as Neo Queen Solaria as ruler of the Neo Solaris Kingdom along with the love of her life Gary Shigeru Oak also known as Prince Shigeru and later on known as King Shigeru also of the Neo Solaris Kingdom.
Fast forward to life on Planet Solara and the Solaris Space Colony...
As the years went by, May, as well as the rest of the Solaris Sailor Guardians aged gracefully, none looking any older than the ages of 14-18. Their minds aged, but their bodies didn’t. This was all thanks to the power of the Bronze and Copper Crystals held by Neo Queen Solaria and King Shigeru. Working together with the rest of the citizens of the Solaris Kingdom as well as the many workers that spent hours to days on end repairing the Solaris Space Colony as well as the Solaris Escape Ship. This was set in motion as Neo Queen Solaria and her Subjects became interested in traveling to other Galaxies and Kingdoms to start up Trading and assisting of other Kingdoms. A lot of times, May and the rest of the Galactic Guardians would work around the clock to get everything tip top and ship shape for space travel.
Io herself was instrumental in helping provide the thrust and aesthetics of the Solaris Space Colony with her power over the Volcanic Moon of Io. She was one of the smarter members of Neo Queen Solaria’s Court thanks in part to Neo Queen Solaria herself as they traveled throughout her home Region of Hoenn as well as the Battle Frontier of Kanto all those years ago. She also had help from Sailor Rhea in coming up with the final schematics of the Solaris Space Colony.
May, while on Solara created a lot of Fashion Designs for Neo Queen Solaria and her nine Guardians as well as King Shigeru. She also was the one that prepared most of the meals for the Royalty in the castle. She even created her own Contest League that not only held contests in Hoenn, but in other regions as well. From Kanto all the way to Alola and eventually the Region of Galar, she was the Top Coordinator of the World of Solara. Dawn and Darcy along with Zoey were tied for second Worldwide. Her time as head of the Solara Contest League brought in a lot of money for her and her friends. This allowed them to create alliances with various Kingdoms. The Neo Moon Kingdom, had not really had much interaction with the Neo Solaris Kingdom until much later in time starting with the Neo Silver Millennium, and eventually into the Crystal Millennium. The Solaris Kingdom, thanks to Io’s relationship with all the highest authorities in all of Solara were able to forge bonds with the Kinmoku Star System. The money that she brought in was also instrumental in repairing the Solaris Space Colony and the Solaris Escape Ship. She brought in the funds, and Neo Queen Solaria and the rest of the Kingdom put the funds to good use.
As life in the Solaris Kingdom went on, Peace reigned with no sign of letting up. May eventually fell in love with Darcy and married her. May and Darcy were the second couple to get married after Neo Queen Solaria and King Shigeru. Although the marriage between King Shigeru and Neo Queen Solaria had taken place many years ago after they had defeated the Eclipse Kingdom. It had been about a 900 or so years between the marriage of Princess Solaria and Prince Shigeru, but they weren’t married as them, they were married as Ashley Satoko Ketchum and Gary Shigeru Oak, and the marriage of Princess Malinda and Princess Saika. The two Princesses of the region of Hoenn lived happily ever after and somehow managed to have kids of their own. It is unknown how it came to be, but it happened. However, the two girls continued to prefer to go by their birth names of May and Darcy. Anyway, once the Solaris Space Colony was repaired, Neo Queen Solaria chose her closest and most trusted friends to travel with her to explore the Galaxy May was one of the lucky ones chosen to explore Galaxies and Kingdoms unknown hoping to create trade agreements with multiple kingdoms. May was put in charge of catering and preparing food for the royalty and the Royal Magical Creature Advisers. She also created a Contest League that she oversaw on the Solaris Space Colony. Various coordinators from all over Solara joined Neo Queen Solaria, Princess Malinda, Princess Kasumi, Princess Hikari, Princess Serena, and Princess Airisu. The rest of the Galactic Guardians and King Shigeru along with the Solaris Twins Princess Ashleigh Satoko, and Princess Ashlynn Kasumi stayed behind on Solara. Someone had to rule Solara and someone had rule the Solaris Space Colony. These events effectively split the Solaris Kingdom into two Factions, one that stayed on Solara, and the other that made their home on the Space Colony. Unfortunately, for the Solaris Kingdom Members traveling on the Solaris Space Colony, the peace wouldn’t last.
Fall of the Solaris Colony to Death Phantom...
When the Solaris Colony was attacked by Death Phantom, Sailor Io along with the other Galactic Guardians were transported through space alive to one of the furthest corners of the universe away from the influence of Death Phantom.
Fortunately when Solaris separated the Command Module from the rest of the Solaris Colony and blew it up, thanks to Princess Hikari/Sailor Titania’s Power as the Sailor Guardian of Space Sailor Io, was sent through the Universe as faraway from the influence of Death Phantom as possible. She was powered down to her basic Sailor Guardian form from her transport to where she landed.
