Rajin had returned to his personal chambers and could feel that he wasn't alone. His body charged the electircal death he was going to deliver upon the intruder. He didn't appreciate uninvited guest and would make them consider their error in their last few moments of life. He was going to roast them and then examine their remains. When a girl, no more than a child of about 9-11 years in apparent age, stepped out of the darkness he stopped. He wondered what he owed the pleasure of this visit.
"Cygnus Prime, you honor me with your presence."
He didn't kneel or bow like others as the Cygnarian casually examined objects around his chambers. Sher turned and her two attendents stood down from their combat stance. She came around to face him and smiled.
"You are a hunter. I require a hunter who will not be noticed and avoided."
This was an odd situation and request but he would hear her out.
"What would I be hunting for you?"
She didn't alter her gaze as she realized that he didn't fear her as other organics did and that suited her. She needed someone who wouldn't be motivated by fear. This general was one who had a very high success rate of ferreting out seditious organics and ensuring order was maintained. He hadn't failed his current master so he would wor perfectly for the purpose she was going to propose.
"I have, as you organics say, misplaced something. I want you to find it. It is not asked lightly as our search would be disruptvie to planets and the organcis on those planets. You will be subtle whereas we would not be."
Rajin was surprised that Death Phantom's vaunted Cygnarians were requesting his assistance and it was Cygnus Prime herself asking. He wondered what was lost and how he would have success finding it where they weren't having any themselves.
"What would I be searching for that you have misplaced?"
Cygnus Prime nodded and one of the Purifier units stepped forward to produce a hologram of the the item they lost. It wasn't an item at all but a person. He smiled and studied the image and commited it to memory. He was going to enjoy the hunt but he would require more information but he needed the challenge to get him out of his routine.
"What specific condition would you like your item returned in. Alive will be harder but not impossible. Dead would be easier."
Cygnus Prime had already anticipated this outcome and would have adjusted if it was negative. She would give him access to Purifier units to help bring back the missing item as it was a dangerous item that required subdueing that Rajin may not be able to accomplish alone.
"You will take this item to call Purifier units to your location once you have positively identified the item. After that your portion of this hunt is completed. Do you require any further data on this hunt or is this succifient?"
Rajin did not require anything further other than a picture to ensure he had the right person. He accepted the offered beacon for the calling of the Purifier units when he had located the item.
"Give me a hard copy of the picture of the item and I will find them wherever they have sought refuge in this universe."
Cygnus Prime nodded and left by blinking out of existance. Rajin had been growing restless anyways and this would be a good diversion for him.
