Stephen is a kind soul, but due to his bouts with his Schizophrenia there are times he's a jerk or worse.When he gets in one of his moods, he can get upset very easily and rude to his friends, sometimes angry enough to try and fight them himself. He likes to be around people and more around people he considers friends. He calls his closest friends "His Family". He tries to be a protector of his friends and family or anyone kind enough to him. Sometimes though he accepts kindness too much and won't notice if they are being sincere or not.

Stephen is a big man at 210 pounds but he wears a suit well, comprising of a Black Tuxedo, black pants and shoes. He loves his outfit so much that he's purchased the multiple times just in case if it rips or gets destroyed in some form or fashion. Stephen owns a closet full of other clothes though he likes the look of the tux and sometimes wears other clothes under it but only if he actually remembers to.  He might look scary to some with his size even though he's like a big teddy bear to people and is usually really good with kids.

Stephen wears the same outfit almost all the time. He wears a black tuxedo, white undershirt, black pants, black gloves and black running shoes. He will resort to his other clothes if his outfits get too torn up and ratty.

Powers:
He has a property absorption power where he places his open palm on someone or something (for 3 seconds) and absorbs their powers or his body becomes the strength of the object.

Example: If he does this to Sailor Mars, her can use her fire powers (she doesn’t LOSE hers though)

If he does this to a block of Titanium, then his body becomes as strong as it.

He can switch targets or objects after 30 minutes or by using his other palm.

Attacks:

Black Crashing Whirlwind:(Using his voice) "Releases a strong mass of air that rushes towards the target(s) at very high speed. Anyone who is in the path of this air mass is at risk of going deaf due to the intense pressure of this air mass colliding with their eardrums (unless they cover their ears)."

Black Zephyr Jet: (Using his hands) "Causes a strong gust of wind to rush toward the target(s). This gust of wind is so strong that it can even pierce armor. But it is not large enough to attack more than two targets at once."

Magical Attacks with some Physical Properties: He carries a 104-card “Extra-Large” deck and cards outline that glows black. He can throw them out and they hit with Air energy. (Think of Gambit from X-Men)

Stephen was born to his loving parents in Colorado, Denver to be specific. He was born with only one complication, he had fSchizophrenia. His parents were shocked and quickly sought to do anything they could to help their son. Years past as they had Stephen go through test after test and procedure after procedure as nothing seemed to be helping. He got older and older with other attributes and quality's growing with him but the major obstacle still remained.

Now 17 years old and just getting through high school as he was held over a couple years to try and help him mentally. Some things worked and were added to his studies and some failed. He spent most of his time after school in his room as he at first wasn't very social. He had a favorite playing card deck that was custom made for him by one of his few friends: A 104-card deck. He also loved cartoons and the stories that were created and shown every day. He wanted to be a superhero growing up and characters like Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask inspired him.

His schizophrenia begun to develop as he grew and as he turned 16 then 17 things had already gotten worse. It started with him hearing voices in his head and all around him from people or beings that he swore were there but in reality were not. He started doing things that got him into trouble, at first it was mostly with his parents but then things turned to incidents with teachers and even the police. Each time he demanded that someone told him that it was ok to do whatever he wanted and that he wouldn't get in any trouble.

Now 17, almost 18, Stephen still hears the voices and shows the symptoms but he has continually spent time trying to be a better person even though his disability. 

One day as he was starting home, per usual he had to pass this factory on the way home. Without warning there was an explosion in the factory and Stephen went to try and take cover. Lots of debris was flying all over the place including this strange black liquid-type substance that was spewed out in all kinds of directions including where Stephen was ducking and covering. He was covered all over with the goop as he stood up after things seemed to calm down. The weird thing about the stuff that showered him was that it was gone after it hit him, almost like he absorbed it. The weirdest things were yet to come as when he used an open right hand to push himself up from the dirt and grass he couldn't get up for some reason. He tried again and to his horror, his hand started to crumble a little. It freaked him out and was able to get on his butt and scoot against a remaining fence.

*A Week Later*

Stephen was understanding what had happened to him, enough to even time when things change. He started to wear gloves and it seemed to help him control his new powers. He wanted to see if he could use it to help others like a superhero of sorts. He then started small doing little things for friends and family and was loving the fact that he could be something for someone other than look like a crazy person all the time.

Then it happened... Something called Death Phantom attacked Earth and the people of it. Somehow Stephen was able to survive the chaos but his parents on the other hand did not. That hit him like a ton of bricks and he made his decision to try and fight on a bigger scale but first he needed a name and some friends as he didn't want to go at this alone. The name change was the easy part... He chose Blackout as his name for the clothes he likes and the name sounded cool to him. Then after that cam another shock to his life, he found some papers regarding his parents and found out his mom was from URANUS! When he raised his voice in shock something else happened at a super strong burst of wind flew forward and shook the building he was in. He tried it a second time and the same thing happened. He had somehow learned some type of air attack as he wondered what else his mother didn't tell him.
