Post Fight Mending (Tag Freya and Sakuya)

[Chisana Usagi]

Chi swallowed hard as she looked up at Freya as there was a weight on her shoulders.  She brushed the salty streams away from the sides of her face.

"Oh come on Chi, it only hurts when I try to move it. Plus having a small smack like that does us good. It makes us understand that sometimes we shouldn't try stupid shit or just try it anyways."

She looked up at her friend as she shrugged her shoulders.  There was a point there.  She just wanted everyone to get along most of the time.

"I guess.  It doesn't mean that I have to like it, right?"

She blinked a few times as Freya kissed the top of her head.  She could not help but smile back, even though it made her face hurt a lot more.  It was hard not to start feeling better.  She loved that Freya knew just what to say when her happy demeanor faded.  Freya just let her be her while some of the others, who she often felt, judged her for it.  Her father often said that Mizuki and her got the best of both sides.  Chi took mostly after her grandmother and father where Mizuki took after her grandfather with the no nonsense of their mother. 

"Hey Chi how about later we make a cake in the galley?!? You know for fun. I can make that pink frosting you like so much.""Sakuya can help us as well. You know even though she looks like she never eats she likes cake. I've seen her sneak pieces of it when she thought no one was looking."

The words of making a cake brought a smile to Chi's face.  It was the best idea she ever heard!  There was nothing like sugar that makes one feel so much better.

"I'm all for it!  It will be a perfect way to end the day.  And we don't have to share with anyone else!"

She looked over at Sakuya with a light that was normally in her eyes.  "What do you say?  Will you join us?  It will be great fun!"

Sakuya listened to the two go back and forth, and she couldn’t help but smile. Shoveling her hands into her back pockets, she nodded “Sounds great, Chi.” She winked happily “And..I’m really sorry about your cheek...” she winced as she looked to it.

“We can bake, but first I should probably talk to Freya...” she sighed, realizing that a heart to heart session was in order. Maybe she could take her pride down a notch and actually talk to the woman..”Freya, would you mind?” She asked as they entered the medbay.

Freya’s smile didn’t fade in the least when Chi said she guessed. She knew that not everyone liked to try crazy stuff and she accepted that. That is what made Chi so lovable. She loved her family here and even though her and Sakuya just had a fight she still loved the Martian.

“No you don’t have to like it all. It’s just how it happens is all.”

She laughed and wined because that caused her broke arm to jiggle in a way that made the bone press oddly against the other half. She was right though they didn’t have to share at all.

“That’s right we don’t have to share. We will eat it all up and gorge ourselves and have sugar overload. It’ll be great and Sakuya will join us.”

She knew that this was coming and decided there was no avoiding it. She looked at Sakuya and nodded.

“Yes we do need to talk since our fight was precipitated by the fact we disagreed about a subject we both hold dear.”

When the doors slid open to reveal the medbay a small blue haired woman turned. At least she looked like a woman but when you looked closer you could tell she was a teen. She looked at the three of them and nodded as if giving them permission to enter.

“What prompts your visit? Is it inoculations again for a mission? I wasn’t informed. Anyways it is always nice to see you. Please step into the examination scanner and then take a seat on the bed.”

She started up the examination scanner and motioned for them to go ahead.

Chi felt like she was cloud nine as things proceed. Everything was falling back into place. Freya seemed to understand her unlike her twin at times. She looked over at Sakuya as she apologized.

"It's okay. I know you didn't mean to. I might have overreacted."

She giggled at the thought of a sugar high. She had a feeling that she might be getting into trouble with the captain for all the fun that they would be having. The thought of those two wanted to talk. It was a good thing. She looked between the two of them. She wrinkled her nose as she had an idea.

"If you want, I can be there when you two talk. If anything, my shuttle would be a good place for little interruptions."

She had a feeling it would be a talk between the two of them. She felt better for putting it out there. She smiled as she nodded her head to blue haired teen. "Freya, you can go first."

[Freya Aino]

Freya looked at Blue as she liked to be called. She listened to her and nodded. When Chi spoke up she made a great suggestion. That would work but first she had to get herself healed up and then hope she could duty for a bit longer to talk with Sakuya.

“That’s a great idea Chi and if Sakuya agrees then we can do that.”

She stepped into the scanner and waited while it finished. She wasn’t surprised by Blue speaking up.

“You have a light concussion and a broken arm. I could tell the arm when you walked in. Now who did that and I’m sure it wasn’t Chi.”

She stabbed Sakuya with a stare.

“You next. Now.”

[Sakuya]

Sakuya sighed, raising her hand “I...did it.” She half smirked to Freya’s glare “The discussion...got a little heated.” She winked as she walked in closer “And that’s a great idea, Chi, thank you...” She smiled sweetly, suddenly wincing in pain as she felt her lip. “Freya...it does concern someone we both care about.” She sighed as she leaned against one of the examination tables..

“Yes, ma’am!” She replied to the rather commanding tone of Blue.

Chi smiled as the two of them took her suggestion to heart. She kept to the side as she knew the other two were worse off then she was. The diagnosis from Blue didn't surprise her. The fight was intense as anyone knew. Blue would never judge them for things that happened. It was something that she liked to thing.


She let out a large yawn as stretched slightly. The lack of sleep was slowly getting to her even as her nose throbbed.

Blue merely nodded to Sakuya and motioned for Chi to step in the scanner. While Chi was stepping in she walked over to Freya with skeletal regenerator and without any ceremony or warning took Freya's broken arm in her hands and started to feel along it.

Freya's eyes widened she inhaled quickly and looked at Blue her eyes staring daggers.

"Dammit BLUE! Give a little warning! What the hell woman!"

Blue looked at Freya impassively as she finally found the place where the bone needed to and then quickly splint it. She applied the skeletal regenerator.

Freya looked over at Sakuya and laughed as she said it got a little heated. That was an understatement.

"You are the mistress of understatement. It probably would have went better had I not started it. I guess I let my darker emotions get the better of me."

She laughed again and then Blue looked at Sakuya as the scan completed.

"Hmmmmm....you have a light concussion and several hairline fractures of your spine as well as a pulled muscle in your leg. Please take a seat while I finish up with your opponent."

She rolled her eyes as she motioned Chi to get in the scanner.

"Chi stop trying to sleep and get in there. I don't have all day."

She finished up with Freya, gave her shot, and then looked over the rest of her scan. She had several pulled muscles and and she still needed to treat her concussion. Well these women needed to exercise restraint.

Chi let the two girls talk things over as she headed into the scanner. She stood still as Blue usually seemed to be in some sort of hurry. She let out a little whine.

"I had duty all last night. Sorry if my eyelids have had just about enough of staying up."

[Freya Aino]

Blue finished with Freya and took the skeletal regenerator and ran it over her head really quick and then gave her another shot. It was antibiotics this time just in case there was something the scanner missed. She turned and looked at Chi with a bit unhappiness. She didn't stand watch but that didn't mean she was ever off duty as the only person qualified to administer medical aid to everyone on the station. She knew that the Alterlarian's would be visiting again to give her more training this time it would be a six month stay for them. She looked forward to it.

"Broken nose...and bruised cheek bone. Sit on the table I have to regenerate Sakuya so she can actually be able walk when she is three hundred years old. I'll be right with you. If you need a nap take one."

She moved to Sakuya and used the regenerator on her head first.

"You know that she is twice as strong as you because of her working out in the high gravity gym. I'm not one to judge but if she was a better fighter you wouldn't be awake for this conversation. Just and observation."

Freya looked at Blue and how blunt the woman was being today. She seemed bothered by something and that was unlike her. She was going to ask but first thing first was to talk with Sakuya about what had happened and why it happened. The why was the easy part but Freya felt there was a little big sister protection going on there. She was about to speak up when Annika appeared. She looked over at Chi and smiled.

"Chi, you are required to report to the Hanger before you rest to fuel Jacob's ship for his run today. He said he would take you along but you are tired and need your rest."

Freya looked at Annika and frowned. The woman had been on watch all night and went to speak up. Annika didn't stop there.

"All non essential duties have been suspended for the day. You will be required to report to the 'Forced Fun' for the day as the captain puts it. Enjoy."

Freya looked over at Chi and then at Sakuya and smiled. Blue in the meantime had finished up with Sakuya giving her several shots and then moved onto Chi. The first thing she did was give her a shot that would keep her awake, it was something that the Altelarian's said worked with the bodies' metabolism to keep you naturally awake. After that she used a dermal regenerator on her cheek and then her nose. A shot for the pain and she was done.

"Ladies don't make a habit of this unless you are going to break different bones. Have a fun day."

[Sakuya]

Sakuya shot Blue a glare as she was given her shots “Training makes a difference. I’ve been training since I was just out of diapers. Strong or weak makes zero difference in a fight. You train. You stay focused. You have to always be one step ahead of your opponent. If you’re losing, let them beat you, but take cover. Let them go crazy until they’re out of energy. Then you strike.” She replied as she sat on the table, not giving any reaction to the pokes of the needles.

Looking to Freya, she chuckled “It was my fault as well. Honestly Freya, I don’t know you very well. And I know you and my brother have a....thing going. I’m aware that you two are often on shifts together. If you’re making him happy, that’s great. I was just worried that he wasn’t focusing on his duties. Our mother always had to tell him to keep his head out of the clouds...which, I’m actually guilty of as well.” She said in complete truth.

Once she was finished, she hopped down from the table “Felix resents me. He always has. He’s never told me anything of you. He barely speaks to me. Regardless, I worry about him. He’s my brother and the last person in my family to be alive. So...I protect him to the best of my ability, even if he’d rather me jump off a cliff.” She added, rolling her eyes. “But that fight..man, you gave me a run for my money. It was excellent! A thrill! I needed that, so thank you. You're pretty amazing.” She smiled sweetly.

Looking to Chi, she giggled “Hey, don’t worry about Blue..she does seem a biiiiit cranky lately.” She whispered softly “Maybe she just needs to get laid.” She added with a sly wink.

[Freya Aino]

Freya nearly gaped as Sakuya started to tell Blue about how training reflected on how you could win. She couldn’t argue with how she had been trained since she was old enough to walk. She couldn’t argue that point and while she had seen that living and loving was what she had been taught.

“Different approaches on how we were raised is all. I was taught other things physical that’s all.”

Her grin was one that was both inviting and cute. She had a way about her and that much was evident. She could have probably seduced Blue if she tried but she didn’t need to do that.

“Well we both made assumptions about the other. Whether they were correct is another thing. It was a momentary lapse of our judgment and we acted on our baser instincts and emotions. We both have hot blood. Just different places it comes from.”

The discussion about Felix was another thing and one they needed to conduct in private. It concerned only her and Sakuya and that meant the Medbay was not the best place. She had started it though and they might as well continue it as the subject had been opened up.

“The thing with your brother is a discussion between him and I. I know you’ve probably heard tales of the lusty and sex crazed Venusian women and men. It’s not like that with him. He’s different with me. I don’t know how to describe it. He softens a bit. It warms me and well it’s different than other men and women.”

He was one of the most focused people she had ever met. Felix wasn’t lackadaisical or lazy.

“He is not a daydreamer or lazy. He’s honestly more focused than me. He is just so intense.”

Felix’s resentment of his sister was a subject they hadn’t touched on ever. He would eventually open up to her about it and she would listen to him. She actually cared for him and would she ever say it to anyone. Him? Yes she would tell him. Anyone else? Most likely not. Sakuya could have always asked her about anything. She was after all a very approachable person.

“He hasn’t ever spoken of you. I’m sorry but I can’t give you any hints. We just talk about explosives and other subjects. He seems to open up to me. You have really come up in conversation Sakuya. Maybe he will one day talk to me about his life and family. Who knows with him?”

She had been excited to about the fight. It was like they had done something other then get berated by Jacob for mistakes and a grudging thumbs up for a good performance. That had her adrenaline up and pumping.

“It was fun and not just us going on some raid into a facility that was laughable under protected. I think that you need a bit more time in the gym though as much as I need to run more hand to hand simulations. It was great though and we really need to do it again. The next time in a more controlled environment though.”

She gave a laugh about Blue being cranky and needing some sort of release.

“Maybe....she could always borrow one of my pleasure devices, I have a few I’m not using for the moment.”

She smiled knowingly at the women assembled and Blue ignored her. As the spoke Jallia appeared. She looked at Sakuya.

“The commander wants you to grab your gear and draw your rifle from the armory. He said the energy one that has been dampened and silenced. He wishes you to accompany him. His exact phrase was summon my Ghost Jallia. She may need to haunt a few people if they are stupid.”

Jallia disappeared and left them alone and Blue looked over at them.

“Pleasure devices? I will have to take a look then.”

[Chisana Usagi]

Chi started to drift off as she laid her head on one of the pillows. She let the two girls talk things out. A smile spread across her face. It was nice to have things go back to normal.

Annika had appeared before them. She sat up as she smiled over at Freya. She listened to her orders with a large sigh. It would seem that her duty was not ending as she was thinking. It would be pretty serious if the captain needed his ace pilot for whatever the mission was. She almost thought that she would get sleep and have a little fun. Or at least look like she was having fun.

She gripped the edge of the table as Blue started to work on her. She gave a soft ow as the needle went in. She started to ignore the conversation as it really didn't concern her. What the others did on their off time was none of her business.

It seemed as everything had patched over. She felt her cheeks warm at the mention of getting laid in some fashion. It was a part of her body that might have been explored once or twice. She tried by herself and then one of the romantic hlonovels. Both were strange. She enjoyed the novel until it got too hot and heavy. She didn't feel that urge then again it was something about her heritage that quashed that. She kept quiet about her feelings of things.

She was happy as Jallia came to sorta change the subject. She hopped off the table as she smiled at Sakuya, "It looks like we are needed. Shall we get the mission over with? I don't want to miss all the cake baking."

She gave a wink at Freya before she hugged both of the girls. She smiled, "I am happy you two have put the fight behind you." She paused before hugging Blue as well, "Thank you for fixing us all up. Maybe you can join in on the cake baking too. Is that alright, Freya?"

[Sakuya]

Sakuya giggled slightly, furiously attempting to contain the the hilarity Freya’s suggestion. “I have a few of my own. Oh and a few I haven’t used...yet. Men are hard to come by these days.” She replied, giving a clever wink.

Looking to Jallia as the woman gave the instructions, Sakuya stood almost at attention before nodding “I’ll be there.” She replied immediately before looking to Freya “Let’s talk in a more... quiet setting. Are you free tonight? My mission shouldn’t take terribly long. If anything ridiculous happens, I’ll have them down before they even know it.” She smirked, flipping her hair.

Hugging Chi, she giggled “Of course. The more, the merrier!” She smiled quickly.

Just then, she realized... She had wanted to talk to William. The man was so beautiful, sexy, intelligent beyond his years.. She had a mission now. One she must give her attention.

Taking in a deep breath, and nodded quickly to the others “Thank you, Blue. Freya, Chi, I will see you tonight.” She finished as she walked away to the armory to grab her rifle.

Freya was disappointed that they wouldn’t be able to finish the conversation but it seemed that Jacob was going somewhere and he didn’t want to have his back exposed. It also made sense that he would take Sakuya and Chi. Well at least she had the magazine to work in with Felix.

“Well ladies you have fun. Well whatever it is you are going to have. I have some old explosives to dispose of in the magazine. Well Chi and Sakuya have fun!”

She hopped off her bed and started for the door. She had heard that all duties except the essential ones had been canceled until forced fun. So she grabbed her cover and headed off to the magazine to meet Felix. She hoped he was in a good mood.
