Dawn is notable for her confidence, since she almost always tries to look towards the future rather than dwell on her mistakes. In stark contrast to May's inexperience and self-doubt at the start of her journey, Dawn was overly confident and assured in her own strength at the beginning of her journey. Because of this, she became emotional after she was eliminated from various skill Contests, and often cried after losing. After failing to pass the Performance Stage two times in a row, Dawn became depressed. Dawn remembered her various failures and had to excuse herself so she could cry. These behaviors were completely opposite those she had exhibited at the beginning of her journey, something Ashley and Brock took notice of. Their encouragement was not enough to renew her psyche though, and it was not until she defeated May to win the Wallace Skill Cup that she truly regained her confidence and focus. After this point, Dawn took on a more positive and determined personality. In addition, she became more mature. Instead of reverting to her old headstrong and confident attitude, she became more aware of her faults and how she could work to overcome them.
She's notable for her confidence, even when things are not going well. She has learned a lot throughout her travels and battles and can get very emotional when it comes to winning or losing in a skill contest.

In her hair she wears a red ribbon that holds her hair in pony tail. Her skirt and Sailor Collar are pink with white outline on her Sailor collar. Her forehead is graced with a gold tiara and a black gemstone in the middle. On her neck is a pink choker. Her outfit is completed with a black bow on her chest with a pink broach in the center. Her earrings are pink moon-shaped danglers. On her feet is a pair of pink high-heeled lace-up over the ankle-length boots. The ribbon on tthe small of her back is red and is about the size of the other ribbons on the other Galactic Guardians.

Level 1A: Spark Whip- Titania forms an energy whip made up of Electric energy and Storm energy appears in her hands and she is able to swing it around like a lasso and trap enemies within the loop shocking them into submission sometimes even paralyzing them.
Level 1B: Sparkling Space Tornado- Titania spins her Pearl Star Staff above her head as she builds up energy in her Pearl Star causing it to spin a round rapidly building up lightning. Once her Pearl Star is completely energized, she points her Pearl Star Staff toward the enemy releasing her lightning Tornado taking out several monsters at once.

Dawn, like the other Galactic Guardians was born on Earth. She met Ashley when she traveled to Sinnoh. Dawn also traveled Sinnoh with Ashley for a year. She also returned to visit Ashley In Unova. She traveled with Ashley a bit to hone her newly awakened skills as Sailor Titania.
Fast forward to life on the Solaris Space Colony...
Her time on the Solaris Space Colony was peaceful for years. Of course, the Solaris Space Colony also had it's fair share of wild parties as well as some diplomatic functions. Though, Solaria and Kasumi never held a lot of fancy parties. The parties on the Solaris Colony were more casual as opposed to the formal one. Yes, the Solaris Kingdom experienced years of peace, that is until everything went to Hell in a hand basket!
Eventually, the Solaris Kingdom wanted to expand beyond the Spica Star System. While Gary/Prince Shigeru/Silver Rose/King Shigeru, Zoey/Princess Nozomi/Super Sailor Eris, Darcy/Princess Saika/Super Sailor Rhea, Casey/Princess Nanako/Super Sailor Ganymede, and Duplica/Princess Imite/Super Sailor Triton stayed behind on Solara; Ashley/Eternal Sailor Solaris/Princess Solaria/Neo Queen Solaria, Misty/Super Sailor Terra/Princess Kasumi, May/Super Sailor Io/Princess Malinda, Dawn/Super Sailor Titania/Princess Hikari, Serena/Super Sailor Miranda/Princess Serena, and Iris/Super Sailor Haumea/Princess Airisu, and the Solaris Twins took off in the Solaris Space Colony.
The expansion of the Solaris Kingdom prospered for a long time. It hurt Ashley/Princess Solaria/Eternal Sailor Solaris/Neo Queen Solaria, her chosen Guardians and Advisers and the Solaris Twins to no end being separated from Gary/Prince Shigeru/Silver Rose/King Shigeru and the other Guardians and Advisers of the Neo Solaris Kingdom, however to prosper and survive, it had to be done. For Centuries both factions of the Neo Solaris Kingdom Prospered.
Then one fateful day everything changed...
The lights and everything went out including every Vet clinic in the Colony. Hospitals for humans went dark as well. The Royal Advisers from all the different regions from Kanto to Alola had been prospering for so long on the Solaris Colony and Planet Solara. Then the Galactic Guardians saw someone who they thought was long gone re-surface, this was the Death Phantom. He destroyed the Solaris Space Colony The few Galactic Guardians that were on the Solaris Space Colony sent their rulers and the daughters of them along with their Royal Advisers to the safest part of the colony which included an escape ship with everything needed to rebuild what was destroyed and make what was left of the Solaris Colony better. With the Solaris Space Colony ruling Family safe and sound, Sailor Io took on Death Phantom's Army along with Sailor Titania taking charge of the other Galactic Enforcers(Sailors Haumea, and Miranda). It was her job after all.
Before the Death Phantom killed Io, Titania, Miranda, and Haumea; they sent their Transformation devices through discrete portals to the Solaris Royal Family for safe keeping. They tried to combat Death Phantom and his monsters with their own Royal Advisers before Perishing. Luckily the primary controls of the Solaris Colony were still intact along with the cloaking device. Satisfied with his work Death Phantom took his army and left the ruins of the Solaris Colony. The Solaris Royal Family and their Royal Advisers were the only ones left, so he thought anyway.
However that was short-lived, as Death Phantom returned for a second wave. This time Super Sailor Terra and the Solaris Twins perished, and just like the others sacrificed themselves and their Royal Advisers after sending their transformation items to Neo Queen Solaria for safe-keeping. It wasn't long until all but one of Ashley/Eternal Sailor Solaris/Princess Solaria's Royal Adviser Creatures except for one, that one being Orion, sacrificed themselves for her. As for the Electric Mouse Adviser to Ash/Ashley/Eternal Sailor Solaris/Princess Solaria/Neo Queen Solaria, she and her partner Orion fell asleep due to fatigue. The two woke up later and saw the carnage and knew what they had to do.
After the Solaris Space Colony faction of the Neo Solaris Kingdom fell, they remotely activated the Solaris Space Colony escape ship to deploy back to Solara along with the Transformation Devices and everything to rebuild the Solaris Space Colony. Once the Escape Ship was deployed, Neo Queen Solaria destroyed all but the Command Module that held her and Orion. Unfortunately, the attack of Death Phantom came at a cost for Eternal Sailor Solaris, the next time she transformed she would only be able to transform with Solar Prism Power until she gains her full Eternal Strength back. That is, if she ever did.
Neo Queen Solaria/Eternal Sailor Solaris knew her husband, Super Sailor Rhea, Super Sailor Triton, Super Sailor Ganymede, and Super Sailor Eris were safe and sound on Solara. Hpwever she wasn't so sure the others were safe. Little did she know that she would meet up again with Io, Titania, Miranda, and Haumea.
